The iGoodness.org website is owned and operated by iGoodness.org Inc., a Florida not-for-profit corporation. iGoodness.org, Inc. ("IGoodness.org," "we" or "us") provides a variety of online services and products to its users on the website currently located at http://www.iGoodness.org and its e-mail newsletters (collectively known as (the "Site"). iGoodness.org is strongly committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information, and providing a safe and secure environment for our users.
Please note that the Policy applies only to the Site and our Newsletters, and not to other websites to which we link. Your use of the Site is governed by iGoodness.org's Online User Agreement and by other published rules pertaining to particular products and services offered throughout the Site.
What This Privacy Policy Covers
This statement discloses the privacy practices for the iGoodness.org website. The purpose of this statement is to notify you of what personally identifiable information of yours will be collected by the iGoodness.org site, how it will be used, and what options are available to you regarding the collection, correction and/or deletion of information. • This policy covers how iGoodness.org treats personal information that iGoodness.org collects and receives, including information related to your past use of iGoodness.org products and services. Information Collection and Use

iGoodness.org collects information from you at several different points on the Site in the manner set forth below. Whenever we collect personal information, we will make an effort to include a link to the Policy on that page.

General
• IGoodness.org collects personal information when you register with iGoodness.org, and when you use IGoodness.org products or services.
• When you register we ask for information such as your name, email address, postal address, phone number, etc. Once you register with iGoodness.org and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us.
•iGoodness.org automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, iGoodness.org cookie information, and the page you request.
•iGoodness.org uses information collected from you to manage your subscription to iGoodness.org.
Information We Collect and How It's Used
Questionnaires, Surveys, Polls and Profiles
iGoodness.org collects a wide variety of information which is used in order to find conscensus opinion on issues related to spirituality, values and life fulfillment. None of the information collected by iGoodness.org is made accessible to the public, other users of the site or anyone not employed by iGoodness.org directly. This information is held strictly confidential and can be deleted at the user's request. Information collected during the intake questionnaire which may be shared with other users of iGoodness.org will be displayed in a strictly anonymous manner with no personally identifying details. Non-subscribing visitors to iGoodness.org are not allowed access to this information.
If we are going to use your personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection we will notify you via email. You will have a choice as to whether or not we use your information in this different manner. In addition, if we make any material changes in our privacy practices that do not affect user information already stored in our database, we will post a prominent notice on our web site notifying users of the change. In some cases where we post the notice we will also email users, who have opted to receive communications from us, notifying them of the changes in our privacy practices.
IGoodness.org Registration

In order to use certain products and services on the Site, a user must first become a iGoodness.org participant ("Participant") by completing our participant registration form. During registration you are required to give information such as your name, e-mail address, zip code, and birth date.

Your Profile

The information from your registration will automatically become incorporated into "Your Profile." In the "Your Profile" section of the Site, you have the option to provide further information about yourself, such as your interests, organizations and affiliations, and a written statement of your beliefs. Whenever you make a posting to a message board, your profile information is available to users on the Site to view.

Questionnaires and Profiles
iGoodness.org collects a wide variety of information which is used in order to find matches which offer the highest possible chance of a successful long-term relationship or marriage. None of the information collected by iGoodness.org as part of the intake questionnaire used by the matching engine or personality profile is made accessible to the public, other users of the site or anyone not employed by iGoodness.org directly. This information is held strictly confidential and can be deleted at the user's request. Information collected during the intake questionnaire which may be shared with other users of iGoodness.org will be displayed in a strictly anonymous manner with no personally identifying details, and will only be shown to potential match candidates. Non-subscribing visitors to iGoodness.org are not allowed access to this information in any way.

Information Supplied by You at Registration or Purchase
iGoodness.org offers a subscriber-based service, as well as offering products related to spirituality, value realization and personal growth for retail sale. To process subscriptions and/or product purchases, we may require your name, billing address, phone number, email address, shipping address and credit card information. Information gathered during product purchases is used primarily to process your order. In general, you will receive one email notification that you have placed an order, and another email notification that your order has been filled. You will be similarly notified of subscription renewal transactions when they occur.
Once you begin iGoodness.org's registration process, we may also occasionally send you newsletters and email you notifications of special events or product offerings at iGoodness.org. If you have started, but not completed, the registration process, we may also send you email messages encouraging you to complete the process and become a subscriber. All of the email messages we send you may contain code that enables our database to track your usage of the emails, including whether the email was opened and/or what links (if any) were clicked. If you would rather not receive emails about new products, promotions or other noteworthy news, please see the section below labeled "Choice/Opt-out". iGoodness.org fully complies with the requirements of the federal CAN-SPAM Act.
Demographic and profile data is also collected at our site. We use this data to tailor our visitor's experience at our site, showing them content that we think they might be interested in, and displaying the content according to their preferences. Some of this information (i.e., customer demographic information) may be shared with advertisers on an aggregate basis. YOUR PERSONAL CONTACT INFORMATION WILL NOT BE LENT OR SOLD TO ANY OTHER BUSINESS OR VENDOR.
As we develop our business, we may buy or sell assets and, depending on the transaction, your personally identifiable information may be one of the transferred assets. In the event that we are acquired by another company, your personal information may be part of the assets transferred to the acquiring party.
Credit card transactions are processed through industry standard secure socket layer encryption by PayPall, which only uses your information for that purpose.
Optional Surveys

You may have the opportunity to participate in a number of surveys on the Site. A pop-up survey may appear when you leave the Web Services (defined below) sign-up area on the Site in which you will be asked to provide feedback on our current service. We encourage you to complete surveys so that we can provide you with a more personalized experience on the Site.
Refer a Friend
iGoodness.org encourages you to refer a friend to our service. In this section you are able to send us a friend's name and email address. We will keep this information in our database, and send that person an email containing your name and inviting them to visit our site. This email will also include a quick and easy way for them to remove their information from our database, if they desire. We ask that you do not abuse this feature by entering names and addresses of those who would not be interested in iGoodness.org.
Message Board and Chats

We provide a message board and chats on the Site for discussing topics relating to spirituality. Although any visitor may read postings on a message board or in a chat, only Participants may make posts. Please note that information you post to a message board or chat, including your profile information, will be available for any user of that service to read, and is therefore no longer private. iGoodness.org owns the rights to publish message board posts in other formats.
Public Forums
iGoodness.org makes message boards available to its users and visitors. Please remember that any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose any personally identifying information.
Cookies

In our effort to provide you with services customized to your interests, we use "cookies" to assist in the collection of information. A cookie is a small data file containing information such as a user's login name that is sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your computer's hard drive. We use cookies to: access your account information (stored on our computers) in order to deliver better and more personalized services; estimate our audience size for our advertisers; identify which areas of the Site you have visited; and prevent users from voting in polls more than once, all as part of IGoodness.org's efforts to streamline your experience on the Site.
Information Supplied by Your Browser
iGoodness.org also logs IP addresses for systems administration purposes. IP addresses are logged to track a user's session. This gives iGoodness.org an idea of which parts of our site users are visiting. We do not link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable. This means that a user's session will be tracked, but the user will be anonymous.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
• iGoodness.org does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:
o We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims;
o We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of iGoodness.org's terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.

iGoodness.org, or its related entities, could merge with or be acquired by another business entity, or all or substantially all of their respective assets could be acquired. Should such a combination, acquisition or transaction occur, you should expect that iGoodness.org would share some or all of your personal information with the acquiring or merged entity to continue serving you and other users of the Site.

Children's Information

The Site is not directed toward children under fourteen years of age. iGoodness.org does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under thirteen years of age. If you are under 14 years of age, you should not register to become a Participant or provide any personally identifiable information through the Site.

Your Ability to Edit and Delete Your Account Information and Preferences
General
• You can edit your iGoodness.org Account Information at any time.
• While you are a subscriber to iGoodness.org, we reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the iGoodness.org service, such as service announcements, and administrative messages that are considered part of your iGoodness.org account, without offering you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving them.
Confidentiality and Security
• We limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs.
• We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to protect personal information about you.
• Your IGoodness.org Account Information is password-protected.
• In certain areas IGoodness.org uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data transmissions.
Security

The Site uses reasonable security methods to protect the data that resides on our servers. However, no security system is impenetrable. iGoodness.org cannot warrant or guarantee the security of its servers, nor can it guarantee that information that Participants supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted to iGoodness.org over the Internet. When our registration/order form asks users to enter credit card numbers, that information is encrypted.

Changes to this Privacy Policy
• iGoodness.org may update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your iGoodness.org account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
Correction/Updating Personal Information

If your personally identifiable information changes (such as your zip code), or if you no longer desire our service, we allow you to correct, update or remove the personal data that you provided. This can be done at the "Your Profile" page by clicking on the "Edit Your Profile" button. Keep in mind, however, that there will be residual information that will remain within iGoodness.org's databases, access logs, and other records, which may or may not contain such personally identifiable information.

You may also opt out of receiving our newsletters and/or promotional information from iGoodness.org and/or from third parties affiliated with iGoodness.org at any time.

In addition, IGoodness.org is not responsible for the content of any Participant Website or third party websites, including a third party's use of any cookies or any other information (such as IP address, browser type or operating system) collected when you "click-through" links to their sites or view advertisements served by them. In addition, the Site and Participant Websites may provide links to other Internet websites or resources ("Linked Sites"). iGoodness.org neither controls nor endorses such Linked Sites nor have we reviewed or approved any content that appears on such Linked Sites. You acknowledge and agree that iGoodness.org is not responsible for the legality, accuracy or inappropriate nature of any content, advertising, products or other materials on or available from such Linked Sites. Please keep in mind that whenever you participate in an online message board, chat room or other forum or public area on the Site you provide information that can be collected and used by others that you do not know for the purpose of distributing unsolicited communications. iGoodness.org cannot guarantee the security of such information that you disclose online in public areas on the Site and Participants and other users do so at their own risk.
