IGOODNESS.ORG PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT

By using the iGoodness.org.com web site, a service of iGoodness.org inc., you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (Basic Terms of Use).

Basic Terms of Use

You must be 14 years and older to use and/or participate in this site.
You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your screen name.
You must not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other IGoodness.org Participants.
You may not use the iGoodness.org.com service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. International Participants agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, screen names, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, links (“Content&rdquothat you submit, post, and display on the iGoodness.org.com service.
iGoodness.org is intended for personal use and is not a generic image hosting service. Professional or corporate uses of iGoodness.org are prohibited.
You must not modify, adapt or hack iGoodness.org.com or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with iGoodness.org.com.
You must not create or submit unwanted email to any iGoodness.org members (“Spam&rdquo.
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
You must not, in the use of iGoodness.org, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

Please read the following “General Conditions” carefully before using the iGoodness.org Online site (hereafter "iGoodness.org" or "this Site". By using the iGoodness.org site, you agree to follow and be bound by these terms of use, which may be revised at any time without notice other than by posting the new terms on this Site. Your use of this Site signifies your acceptance of the following terms of use, and forms a legally binding contract between you and iGoodness.org. iGoodness.org is a Florida not-for-profit corporation, providing the services of this Site.

Violation of any of these terms and conditions will result in the termination of your IGoodness.org.com account.

General Conditions

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the iGoodness.org.com service for any reason, without notice at any time.
We reserve the right to alter these Terms of Use at any time. If the alterations constitute a material change to the Terms of Use, we will notify you via iGoodness.org's internal messaging service. What constitutes a "material change" will be determined at our sole discretion, in good faith and using common sense and reasonable judgment.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
We may, but have no obligation to, remove Content and accounts containing Content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property or these Terms of Use.
Your account will also be terminated if it is used for hosting graphic elements of web page designs, icons, smiles, buddy icons, forum avatars, badges and other non-photographic elements on external websites.

BY USING THE SITE YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF SERVICE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SITE. BY USING THE SITE YOU ARE INDICATING THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 14 YEARS OLD. IF YOU ARE NOT 14 YEARS OLD PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THE SITE.

The iGoodness.org.com service (the "Service" is provided by iGoodness.org, Inc., a Florida corporation, with offices at 596 North Wikcham Rd, Suite 68, Melbourne, Florida 32935. This is a legal agreement ("Agreement" between you and iGoodness.org , Inc., please read the Agreement carefully before registering for the Service. By completing your registration and clicking on the "I Accept" button below, you will become a registered Participant of the Service (a "Registered Participant" and you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement (the "Terms" for as long as you continue to be a Registered Participant. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER FOR THE SERVICE. The Terms are subject to change by iGoodness.org , Inc. at any time, effective upon notice to you, any use of the Service after such notice will constitute acceptance by you of such changes.

Description of Site

iGoodness.org is intended for informational and educational purposes only. The aim of iGoodness.org is to create a challenging yet congenial environment where interested individuals from a wide variety of disciplines and orientations can work together in pursuit of greater understanding of spirituality and value realization practices. iGoodness.org provides or plans to provide a range of interactive services to subscribers including audio and/or video materials, threaded discussion forums, text postings and links to other sites. Limited services are available without the need to register, while full access requires registration and current payment of a yearly subscription fee. The terms of this Participant Agreement also shall apply to any new services that come into operation after your initial registration on this Site.

Please refer to the section below entitled "Links to Third Party Sites" concerning the inclusion of links within this Site.

Description of Services

Making Purchases. Certain products or services may be offered for sale on the Site. You may be asked by IGoodness.org or the applicable third party to supply certain information, including, but not limited to, credit card or other payment information. You agree to provide IGoodness.org or such third party with information that is accurate, complete and current, and to comply with the terms and conditions of any agreement that you enter in connection with your purchase of any product or service. You are responsible for all charges incurred by users of your account, credit card or other payment mechanism, as well as for paying any applicable taxes.

Descriptions, images or listings of, or links or references to, products or services on the Site ("Product Offerings" do not imply IGoodness.org's endorsement of such products or services. We reserve the right, without prior notification, to change such Product Offerings (including without limitation any prices or available quantities), or to limit the order quantity on any product or service and/or refuse service to you.

Message Boards, Chats and Other Forums. IGoodness.org hosts message boards, chats and other forums on the Site. Any member failing to comply with the Rules of Conduct or Terms of Service may be expelled from message boards, chats or other public forums on the Site. IGoodness.org may terminate or restrict such Member's continued access to the Site.

Sweepstakes, Contests, and Games. Any sweepstakes, contests, and games that are accessible through the Site are governed by specific rules, which are linked from the particular activity. By entering such sweepstakes or contests or participating in such games you are subject to those rules-- please remember to read them carefully.

Monitoring. We have no obligation to monitor Member Websites, chats, message boards or any other materials that you or third parties transmit or post on or to the Site. However, you acknowledge and agree that we have the right (but not the obligation) to monitor the Site, your Website, message boards, the chats and the materials you transmit or post; to alter or remove any such materials (including, without limitation, any posting to a chat or message board); and to disclose such materials and the circumstances surrounding their transmission to any third party in order to operate the Site properly; to protect ourselves, our sponsors, and our Members and visitors; and to comply with legal obligations or governmental requests.

Exclusive Use. Your account is for your sole, personal use, you may not authorize others to use your account, and you may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity.

Registration

Once you have read these terms of use, you will be given an opportunity to register for iGoodness.org. You will need to provide us with current and accurate information as requested on the registration form, and select a password. It is your responsibility to protect the confidentiality of your password. Your registration is for your personal and non-commercial use only, and may not be shared with or transferred to any other person or entity at any time, including co-workers. Any distribution or sharing of your personal account with other, non-subscribed persons, shall be grounds for termination of your subscription.

When and if you register to become a Member, you agree to (a) provide true, accurate, complete, and current information (such information being the "Registration Data" and (b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete. You acknowledge and agree that, if any information provided by you is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we reserve the right to terminate this agreement, your use of the Site and Member Website if applicable.

As part of the registration process, you will be asked to select a username and password. We may refuse to grant you a username, password and/or domain name that impersonates someone else, is or may be illegal, is or may be protected by trademark or other proprietary rights law, is already in current use, is vulgar or otherwise offensive, may cause confusion, or for any other reason as determined by us in our sole discretion. You are responsible for ensuring the confidentiality of your username and password, and you agree not to transfer or resell your use of or access to the Site to any third party. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF YOUR USERNAME AND PASSWORD AND FOR ANY AND ALL ACTIVITIES, WHETHER BY YOU OR ANYONE ELSE (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION PURCHASES) THAT ARE CONDUCTED THROUGH YOUR ACCOUNT.

Online Conduct. As a Registered Participant, you agree that:

A. You are solely responsible for the content or information you publish, display or otherwise communicate in any manner (hereinafter, "post" on the Service, or transmit to other Registered Participants.

B. You will not post on the Service, or transmit to other Registered Participants, any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, sexually oriented, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, or illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates another party's rights (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, and rights of privacy and publicity).

C. You will use the Service in a manner consistent with any and all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations, including, but not limited to, United States export control laws. You are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country which the United States has (i) embargoed goods, (ii) identified as a "Specially Designated National", or (iii) placed on the Commerce Department's Table of Deny Orders. Membership in, and use of, the Service is void where prohibited.

D. You will not provide inaccurate, misleading or false information to iGoodness.org , Inc. or to any other Registered Participant. If information provided to iGoodness.org , Inc., or another Registered Participant, subsequently becomes inaccurate, misleading or false, you will promptly notify iGoodness.org , Inc. of such change.

E. You will only create one unique profile with the Service.

F. You will not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other Registered Participants to buy or sell any products or services through the Service. You will not transmit any chain letters or junk E-mail to other Registered Participants.

G. You will not post, copy, modify, transmit, show in public or private, create any derivative works from, distribute or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior consent of the owner of such proprietary rights.

H. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Registered Participants. You agree to take normal precautions when meeting individuals through the Service.

I. You will promptly report to iGoodness.org , Inc. any violation of the Terms of this Agreement by other Registered Participants.

iGoodness.org , Inc. reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor the materials posted in the public areas of the Service. iGoodness.org , Inc. shall have the right to remove any such material that in its sole opinion violates, or is alleged to violate, any applicable law or either the letter or spirit of this Agreement. Notwithstanding this right of iGoodness.org , Inc., YOU REMAIN SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONTENT OF THE MATERIALS YOU POST IN THE PUBLIC AREAS OF THE SERVICE AND IN YOUR PRIVATE E-MAIL MESSAGES. E-mails sent between you and other Registered Participants that are not readily accessible to the general public will be treated as private by iGoodness.org , Inc. to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Subscription Terms

Full access to iGoodness.org is available for a yearly fee of US $120, payable in advance for each year beginning on the date you register and on each anniversary of your registration date, until terminated by you or by iGoodness.org as set forth below. Fees are payable only by credit card (Mastercard, VISA, Discover or American Express). During the term of your subscription, you agree to update promptly all information necessary to facilitate collection of your yearly subscription fee, and you authorize iGoodness.org to automatically bill your credit card account each month. You agree that iGoodness.org may continue charging the stated monthly subscription fee to your credit card until you provide prior notice to iGoodness.org that you wish to terminate your subscription or to change your payment method (which you may do by completing the appropriate form on this Site). Any such notice will not affect charges collected before iGoodness.org reasonably could act. A termination request will take effect at the end of the current yearly service period during which you notify us. There are no refunds given for subscription fees paid to iGoodness.org.

iGoodness.org intends to communicate directly with subscribers via weekly e-mails, which you may decline to receive in the registration process. However, IGoodness.org reserves the right to contact subscribers periodically as it deems necessary or appropriate.

iGoodness.org may terminate your subscription at any time. In the event iGoodness.org terminates your subscription, your obligation for subscription fees will terminate on the date your subscription access is terminated, regardless of the date you receive e-mail notice from us of such termination.

Data Collection

iGodness.org does not collect any unique information about you except when you specifically and knowingly provide such information, such as in registering for the iGoodness.g subscription service. Personal information collected from subscribers during the registration process is used to manage each subscriber's account.

If you give us credit card information for ongoing payment of your subscription, we will use that information only for processing your payments. We will not share that information with anyone not directly involved in processing and collecting your payments; however, iGoodness.org reserves the right at all times to disclose any of your registration information as iGoodness.org deems necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request. With the exception of the foregoing disclosures that may be made in our sole discretion, iGoodness.org will not share any of your personally identifiable information with any third party without your express consent.

When you access this Site as an iGoodness.org subscriber, iGoodness.org sends a "cookie" to your computer. A cookie is a piece of data that identifies you as a unique user. iGoodness.org uses cookies to improve the quality of our service. iGoodness.org will not disclose its cookies to third parties except as required by valid legal process such as a search warrant, subpoena, statute or court order. Most browsers are initially set up to accept cookies. You can reset your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. Be aware, however, that some parts of iGoodness.org may not function properly if you refuse cookies; for example, secure content will not be accessible if you disable cookies on your computer.

Please remember that any information you post to the iGoodness.org site becomes public information. Always use caution when giving out any personally identifiable information about yourself in any online communication. Your use of iGoodness.org is at your sole risk and iGoodness.org specifically disclaims all liability for any actions resulting from your participation in, or subscription to iGoodness.org.

Acceptable Usage

iGoodness.org hereby grants each subscriber a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and listen to audio materials, and to view documents and graphics incorporated in these documents on the iGoodness.org site, subject to the following conditions: (1) all such materials may be used solely for your personal, information and non-commercial purposes; (2) you may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information obtained from the iGoodness.org site.

You may not circumvent or attempt to circumvent technological measures employed to control access to, or the rights in, any content or technological aspect of the iGoodness.org site. Any unreasonable use or access through inappropriate measures will result in the termination of the Participant's account.

The iGoodness.org site may contain threaded discussion forums or other opportunities for communication among subscribers to iGoodness.org. All threaded discussion forums are public and not private communications. You agree that you will not use iGoodness.org for any purpose that is unlawful or is prohibited by this Participant Agreement. Materials uploaded by you to the iGoodness.org site may be subject to posted limitations on size, content and/or usage, and you are responsible for adhering to such limitations at all times. You agree that when using iGoodness.org, you only will post, send and receive messages and material that are deemed by iGoodness.org to be proper and related to the posted purpose of the particular iGoodness.org site. iGoodness.org is not obligated to monitor the content of the iGoodness.org site; however, we reserve the right to do so and to edit, refuse to post and/or remove posted material from this Site at our sole discretion. iGoodness.org has no obligation to delete content that you may find objectionable or offensive.

By posting a submission to iGoodness.org, you warrant and represent that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to your submission including, without limitation, all of the rights necessary for you to provide, post, upload, input or submit ("post" the submission. You further warrant and represent that the content of any posting is accurate and is not scandalous or libelous.

By posting a submission to the iGoodness.org site, you are granting to iGoodness.org a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable and perpetual license to use, reproduce, adapt, adopt, modify, translate, publish, distribute and display such submission (in whole or in part) throughout the world in any media, and to publish the name you provide in connection with your submission. You agree to indemnify iGoodness.org for any and all claims resulting from any submission you post to the Site.

Any rights not expressly granted in this Participant Agreement by iGoodness.org are reserved.

Unauthorized Participants. It is possible that other Registered Participants or users (including unauthorized users, or "hackers" may post or transmit offensive or obscene materials on the Service and that you may be involuntarily exposed to such offensive and obscene materials. It also is possible for others to obtain personal information about you due to your use of the Service, and that the recipient may use such information to harass or injure you. iGoodness.org , Inc. is not responsible for the use of any personal information that you disclose on the Service. Please carefully select the type of information that you post on the Service or release to others.

Links to Third Party Sites

The Site may provide links to other Internet websites or resources ("Linked Sites". iGoodness.org neither controls nor endorses such Linked Sites, nor have we reviewed or approved any content that appears on such Linked Sites. You acknowledge and agree that iGoodness.org is not responsible for the legality, accuracy, or inappropriate nature of any content, advertising, products or other materials on or available from any Linked Sites. You further acknowledge and agree that iGoodness.org shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods and services available on or through any Linked Site.

Intellectual Property Rights

All material contained in the iGoodness.org site is copyrighted material of iGoodness.org reserves all of its rights, including copyright and trademark, in the content of this Site, including without limitation the names "iGoodness.org" and "IGoodness.org, Inc."

It is the policy of iGoodness.org to respond to notices of alleged infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998.

· We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the IGoodness.org service. Your profile and materials uploaded remain yours. You can remove your profile at any time by deleting your account. This will also remove any private images you have stored in the system. However, by setting your uploaded images as "public", you agree to allow other IGoodness.org Participants to view and share your images and you therefore agree to allow us to display and store them.

· We encourage Participants to contribute their creations to the public domain or consider licensing their creations under less draconian terms than have become standard in most jurisdictions. Accordingly, we offer the ability to mark your content as belonging to the public domain or as licensed under a Creative Commons License.

· iGoodness.org Inc. undertakes to obey all relevant copyright laws, however misguided we may all judge them to be. We will review all claims of copyright infringement received and remove content deemed to have been posted or distributed in violation of any such laws. To make a claim, please provide us with the following:

o A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or the person authorized to act on its behalf;

o A description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;

o A description of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to permit iGoodness.org Inc. to locate the material;

o Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email;

o A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and

o A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and, under the pains and penalties of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Proprietary Rights. You acknowledge and agree that the Site contain proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, and are the sole property of iGoodness.org or iGoodness.org's licensors. You further acknowledge and agree that content contained in advertisements is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws.

By sending or transmitting to us creative suggestions, ideas, notes, concepts, information, or other materials (collectively, "Materials", by posting such Materials to any area of the Site you grant us and our designees a worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicensable (through multiple tiers), assignable, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, distribute (through multiple tiers), create derivative works of, publicly perform, publicly display, digitally perform, make, have made, sell, offer for sale and import such Materials in any media now known or hereafter developed, for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, without compensation to the provider of the Materials.

The foregoing license to iGoodness.org shall be fully paid-up and royalty free. In no event, however, shall iGoodness.org have any obligation to pay a fee to a Member in connection with any transfer of iGoodness.org's business, including without limitation any merger or sale or transfer of all or substantially all of the assets of iGoodness.org, nor shall the sale of advertising on any iGoodness.org site, including the Site, give rise to any obligation to pay a fee to Member.

None of the Materials disclosed in Message Boards or chats shall be subject to any obligation, whether of confidentiality, attribution, or otherwise, on our part and we shall not be liable for any use or disclosure of any Materials.

Online Content. Opinions, advice, statements, offers, or other information or content made available through the Service, but not directly by iGoodness.org , Inc., are those of their respective authors, and should not necessarily be relied upon. Such authors are solely responsible for such content. IGOODNESS.ORG , INC. DOES NOT: (i) GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS OR USEFULNESS OF ANY INFORMATION ON THE SERVICE, AND (ii) ADOPT, ENDORSE NOR ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY OPINION, ADVICE, OR STATEMENT MADE BY ANY PARTY OTHER THAN IGOODNESS.ORG , INC.. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL IGOODNESS.ORG , INC. BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM ANYONE'S RELIANCE ON INFORMATION OR OTHER CONTENT POSTED ON THE SERVICE, OR TRANSMITTED TO OR BY ANY REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS.

iGoodness.org , Inc. owns and retains proprietary rights in the Service. The Service contains copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information of iGoodness.org , Inc., its licensors and licensees. In addition, other Registered Participants may post copyrighted information, which has copyright protection whether or not it is identified as copyrighted. Except for that information which is in the public domain or for which you have been given permission, you agree not to copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such proprietary information.

By posting information or content to any public area of the Service, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to iGoodness.org , Inc. and other Registered Participants an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully-paid, worldwide license to use, copy, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute such information and content and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such information and content, and to grant and authorize sub-licenses of the foregoing.

Copyright Policy

The Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the "DMCA" provides recourse for copyright owners who believe that material appearing on the Internet infringes their rights under the U.S. copyright law. If you believe in good faith that materials hosted by iGoodness.org infringe your copyright, you, or your agent may send IGoodness.org notice requesting that the material be removed or access to it be blocked. Any notification by a copyright owner or a person authorized to act on its behalf that fails to comply with requirements of the DMCA shall not be considered sufficient notice and shall not be deemed to confer upon iGoodness.org actual knowledge of facts or circumstances from which infringing material or acts are evident. If you believe in good faith that a notice of copyright infringement has been wrongly filed against you, the DMCA permits you to send IGoodness.org a counter-notice. All notices and counter notices must meet the then current statutory requirements imposed by the DMCA; see http://www.loc.gov/copyright for details.

We suggest that you consult your legal advisor before filing a notice or counter-notice. Also, be aware that there can be penalties for false claims under the DMCA.

No Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iGoodness.org assume NO LIABILITY for the use of any information posted on this Site or for the use of any product or service described or contained on this Site. In no event will iGoodness.org or its employees, agents, suppliers, or contractors be liable for any damages of any kind, including without limitation any compensatory, incidental, direct, indirect, special, punitive or consequential damages, loss of use, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of or damage to property, claims of third parties or other losses of any kind whatsoever, arising out of or in connection with the use of iGoodness.org or any Linked Site.

Documentation, services and content are provided as is without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, iGoodness.org disclaim all warranties, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The entire risk arising out of the use of iGoodness.org remains with the Participant.

This Participant Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to the conflict of laws provisions of your actual state or country of residence. You hereby agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in the State of Florida.

This Participant Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between iGoodness.org and the Participant with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior agreements, written or oral, regarding use of iGoodness.org. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of the Participant Agreement to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Participant Agreement will continue in full force and effect.

Confidentiality

With the exception of the information provided to other Registered Participants pursuant to the terms of the Service, iGoodness.org , Inc. will keep confidential all information supplied to iGoodness.org , Inc. by you, including credit card number(s) and other financial information, and shall use or disclose such information only for the purposes for which such information was collected, or as required by court order or applicable law.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE, ANY CONTENT, ALL TOOLS, PRODUCTS OR SERVICES DISPLAYED ON, OR ACCESSED OR OBTAINED ON OR THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS", "AS AVAILABLE", AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Termination. Either you or iGoodness.org , Inc. may terminate your account at any time, for any reason or no reason, without explanation, effective upon sending written notice to the other party. iGoodness.org , Inc. reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Service, without notice, upon any breach of this Agreement by you which is brought to iGoodness.org , Inc.'s attention. In the event your access to the Service is suspended due to the breach of this Agreement, you agree that all fees then paid to iGoodness.org , Inc. by you shall be nonrefundable.

General Information

This Agreement, accepted upon registration for the Service, contains the entire agreement between you and iGoodness.org , Inc. regarding the use of this Service. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, the terms will survive termination of your registration to the Service. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. You, the buyer, may cancel this agreement, without any penalty or obligation, at any time prior to midnight of Company's third business day following the date of this contract, excluding Sundays and holidays. IGoodness.org may terminate or restrict such Member's continued access to the Site. Sweepstakes, Contests, and Games. Any sweepstakes, contests, and games that are accessible through the Site are governed by specific rules, which are linked from the particular activity. By entering such sweepstakes or contests or participating in such games you are subject to those rules-- please remember to read them carefully. Monitoring. We have no obligation to monitor Member Websites, chats, message boards or any other materials that you or third parties transmit or post on or to the Site. However, you acknowledge and agree that we have the right (but not the obligation) to monitor the Site, your Website, message boards, the chats and the materials you transmit or post; to alter or remove any such materials (including, without limitation, any posting to a chat or message board); and to disclose such materials and the circumstances surrounding their transmission to any third party in order to operate the Site properly; to protect ourselves, our sponsors, and our Members and visitors; and to comply with legal obligations or governmental requests. E. You will only create one unique profile with the Service. F. You will not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other Registered Participants to buy or sell any products or services through the Service. You will not transmit any chain letters or junk E-mail to other Registered Participants. G. You will not post, copy, modify, transmit, show in public or private, create any derivative works from, distribute or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior consent of the owner of such proprietary rights. H. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Registered Participants. You agree to take normal precautions when meeting individuals through the Service. I. You will promptly report to iGoodness.org , Inc. any violation of the Terms of this Agreement by other Registered Participants. iGoodness.org , Inc. reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor the materials posted in the public areas of the Service. iGoodness.org , Inc. shall have the right to remove any such material that in its sole opinion violates, or is alleged to violate, any applicable law or either the letter or spirit of this Agreement. Notwithstanding this right of iGoodness.org , Inc., YOU REMAIN SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONTENT OF THE MATERIALS YOU POST IN THE PUBLIC AREAS OF THE SERVICE AND IN YOUR PRIVATE E-MAIL MESSAGES. E-mails sent between you and other Registered Participants that are not readily accessible to the general public will be treated as private by iGoodness.org , Inc. to the extent permitted by applicable law. Subscription Terms Full access to iGoodness.org is available for a yearly fee of US $120, payable in advance for each year beginning on the date you register and on each anniversary of your registration date, until terminated by you or by iGoodness.org as set forth below. Fees are payable only by credit card (Mastercard, VISA, Discover or American Express). During the term of your subscription, you agree to update promptly all information necessary to facilitate collection of your yearly subscription fee, and you authorize iGoodness.org to automatically bill your credit card account each month. You agree that iGoodness.org may continue charging the stated monthly subscription fee to your credit card until you provide prior notice to iGoodness.org that you wish to terminate your subscription or to change your payment method (which you may do by completing the appropriate form on this Site). Any such notice will not affect charges collected before iGoodness.org reasonably could act. A termination request will take effect at the end of the current yearly service period during which you notify us. There are no refunds given for subscription fees paid to iGoodness.org. iGoodness.org intends to communicate directly with subscribers via weekly e-mails, which you may decline to receive in the registration process. However, IGoodness.org reserves the right to contact subscribers periodically as it deems necessary or appropriate. iGoodness.org may terminate your subscription at any time. In the event iGoodness.org terminates your subscription, your obligation for subscription fees will terminate on the date your subscription access is terminated, regardless of the date you receive e-mail notice from us of such termination. Data Collection iGodness.org does not collect any unique information about you except when you specifically and knowingly provide such information, such as in registering for the iGoodness.g subscription service. Personal information collected from subscribers during the registration process is used to manage each subscriber's account. If you give us credit card information for ongoing payment of your subscription, we will use that information only for processing your payments. We will not share that information with anyone not directly involved in processing and collecting your payments; however, iGoodness.org reserves the right at all times to disclose any of your registration information as iGoodness.org deems necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request. With the exception of the foregoing disclosures that may be made in our sole discretion, iGoodness.org will not share any of your personally identifiable information with any third party without your express consent. When you access this Site as an iGoodness.org subscriber, iGoodness.org sends a "cookie" to your computer. A cookie is a piece of data that identifies you as a unique user. iGoodness.org uses cookies to improve the quality of our service. iGoodness.org will not disclose its cookies to third parties except as required by valid legal process such as a search warrant, subpoena, statute or court order.
